Shipping & Returns

Shipping Details: We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the United States. Because every item in the James River Tattoo Merch Emporium is custom-printed just for you upon ordering, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order packages ship out. Once production is complete, standard domestic delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days to arrive at your door.

 

Being a small business with limited storage space, this is our best option for selling online and we appreciate your patience with the process.

Returns and Exchanges: Because our gear is custom printed to order, most* orders shipped directly to your home are final sales. We are unable to accept or process any returns or exchanges through the mail for incorrect sizing, variation preferences, or general buyer's remorse.

*Local In-Shop Exception: If you are local to James River Tattoo in Carrollton, Virginia, you are welcome to bring your item directly into our physical tattoo shop. We will gladly process a refund or exchange it for you in person under two conditions:

1. The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

2. For exchanges, we must have your desired item and size physically in stock. Because we carry a very limited supply of merchandise at the studio, we cannot guarantee an exact exchange will be available.

If your item happens to arrive defective, damaged, or with a misprinted design, we want to make it right immediately! Please contact us at info@JamesRiverTattoo.com within 14 days of your delivery date with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will initiate a free replacement.
